Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We allow refunds if your product has been defrosted or has been damaged upon delivery.

If you are concerned with the state of the meat, we recommend that you use a meat thermometer to check the temperature, make sure it is 40°F or below.
Our Refund Policy does not cover incorrect address information that causes delivery delays. It also does not cover products that are not retrieved from outside in time and end up defrosting.
We recommend that you put our product in your freezer within 6-8 hours of delivery.
