Our cows live freely on 100 acres of Upstate New York country. The Catskill hills are some of the best in America for animal grazing. With access to forests, creeks, ponds, and fields they are 100% free-range.
Our cows' diet mainly consists of natural forage, premium hay, natural springs and streams for water, and natural soybean supplements as necessary.
We keep our animals off of any regimen of antibiotics. We handle any medical issues as they arise rather than using antibiotics as a preventive measure like bigger beef operations.
When it comes time to say goodbye, our cows are carefully transported to our Processing Facility in Eastern Pennsylvania. We work with a fully federally certified (USDA) facility to ensure the most humane and customer-safe operation.
