Where do you ship to?
What days do you package and ship?
We package and ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.
When do I need to pick my box up after delivery?
We ask that you pick up and refreeze your meat between 6-8 hours of delivery. If your meat is not refrozen within that timeframe we cannot guarantee that it is safe to eat.
How long will my order take to ship?
My order has passed its schedule and not arrived yet, what should I do?
First check your order progress, some of our orders are handled by a third party and can have delays. If there are still problems even after you check the order progress, please contact us.
What is your shipping policy?

The order I received was incorrect, what should I do?
Sometimes due to our inventory and the availability of certain products we have to switch out certain cuts for similar ones. However, if you believe you received an entirely wrong box, please contact us below.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
What kind of boxes do you have?
We have different types of boxes to suit any need! We have a small, medium, large, and a custom box!
Do you do wholesale?
Sadly we do not do wholesale yet, however we may in the future.
The meat arrived thawed, what do I do?
If your meat has arrived thawed, first make sure it is 40°F or less, we recommend you use a meat thermometer to check. If any of the meat is above 40°F discard it, if it has been under eight hours since delivery, please contact us so we can help. Even if the meat is a little thawed as long as it is under 40°F it is still re-freezable and safe.

How long does meat last in a freezer?
According to the FDA, It depends on the type, most cuts can be kept frozen up to 12 months, including roasts, steaks, etc. However ground beef can only be kept frozen for around four months, by then you lose a lot of the quality of the meat and it is not worth having.
